UV stable Top coat
The Numastec Fl MP-72 is a colored, one component, highlydurable, aliphaticpolyurelhanethin-layerfloor coating. NumastecFLMP-72 is specially designed for use as a ~oor coating in external surfaces, providing highmechanical strength, high abrasion and chemical resistance. It is color stable, UV-stable and weather-stable so it can withstand the battering of the elements when applied outside.
The Numastec FL MP-72 is using a unique curing system (moisture triggered), and unlike other similar systems it does not react with moisture (moisture-cured) and therefore does not form bubbles or blisters when applied in higher thicknesses.
The Numastec FL MP-72 is mainly used on concrete floors, onexteriororinleriorsurfaces.
Due to its long lasting unchangeable properties is widely used for:

Surface Preparation
Careful surface preparation is essential for optimum finish and durability.
The surface needs to be grinded with a stone- or a diamond-arindina machine. The surface needs to be clean, dry and sound, free of any contamination, which may harmfully affect the adhesion of the coating. Maximum moisture content should not exceed 5%. Substrate compressive strength should be at least 25MPa, cohesive bond strength at least 1.5MPa. New concrete structures need to dry for at least 28 days. Old coatings, dirt, fats, oils, organic substances and dust need to be removed by a grinding machine. Possible surface irregularities need to be smoothened. Any loose surface pieces and grinding dust need to be thoroughly removed.
WARNING: Do not wash surface with water!
WARNING: Do not use a metal-bait blasting machine to grind the surface, because the heavy metal-batt impacts destroy the cohesion of the concrete surface and lower its stability.
