For best results, this material should be applied with textured spray equipment or hopper gun.
Tip size and air pressure will vary depending on the desired texture appearance, depth and coverage.
Remove grease, oil and all other surface contaminations by alkaline or high pressure (steam) cleaning (max. 200 Bars) in combination with appropriate detergents.
The substrate must be dust free and made rust free by means of sandblasting (Sa2, St2) or high pressure water jetting (min. 600 Bars).
Rusted or bare metal surfaces must be treated with one of the Numastec Corrosion Protection products.
Masonry surfaces must be treated with Numastec CMCE Masonry Primer or 4000 Surface Conditioner.
